Lydia arrived in Albury in 2018. She just loves the region, and all it has to offer, and you can tell that she is definitely calling Albury home, having met a local lad, gorgeous Eliot and has now married him. . In 2020 Lydia and Eliot became first time parents, with the arrival of their beautiful little boy.

Lydia is an outdoors girl, and takes every opportunity to get out and about on her road bike, camping or hiking the nearby hills with family in tow.

When you meet Lydia you may notice a slight accent, which is remnant of an English childhood, despite living in Australia for the last 17 years. We’re not sure which side of the fence she’s on when it comes to cricket, we’ll have to wait and see. Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! …

Of those 17 years living here in Australia, five of those years were taken with studying chiropractic at RMIT University, Melbourne. Like Dr. Richard, Lydia has completed post graduate studies in AK - Applied Kinesiology, and uses AK as one of her preferred (amongst many) techniques in Chiropractic treatment.

Lydia tells us that she knew she wanted to be a Chiropractor when she was quite young, after receiving Chiropractic care as a child and discovering its role in staying healthy and well. A childhood that was free of illness, medications or any surgery. It’s easy to see why that would impact her decision to become a Chiro.

Dr Lydia genuinely cares about others. Which means that when it comes to looking after people, she is passionate, no matter what season of life your in - from babies to the more mature and wise – you can expect Lydia to be doing her very best to help and deliver outstanding Chiropractic care.
