Everyone at Shepard Health Group love, love, loves Sandra. As one of our wonderful clients said just the other day, ‘She is like a cool drink on a hot day’. And she is. We would describe as a ‘puppy with ten tails’ … always happy, upbeat and fun to be around.
She hails from New Zealand and has been living in Albury for over 20 years. Just a warning stay away from her, when the All Blacks are playing the Wallaby’s, it’s not pretty … they usually win and don’t we all know it.

Sandra has a number of roles in the practice. Other than being one of the super cool team at the front desk, doing ‘all things reception’, Sandra is also the ‘New Patient’ advocate in the practice. What does this mean, we hear you ask … well if you are a new patient to Shepard Health … Sandra is there to meet and welcome you. She will introduce you to the rest of the team, show you where everything is and help you with the paper work. She is happy to stay with you all the way through your first appointment if you would like her to. She loves that bit.

Sandra is also our events coordinator … flash title huh? … what that means is she organizes the speakers and everything else for our free health & lifestyle workshops that we put on once a month.
